The Constitutional Court of Romania and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova organize during September 2020 a program of seminars dedicated to the constitutional review exercised by the two high jurisdictions.
The seminars will be held by Mr Benke Károly, Assistant-Magistrate-in-chief, and Mr Teodor Papuc, Deputy Secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, and are addressed to the Assistant-Magistrates of the Constitutional Court of Romania and to the Judicial Assistants of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova. In this context, on Friday, 11 September 2020, Mr Benke Károly, Assistant-Magistrate-in-chief of the Constitutional Court of Romania, held a first online seminar, aimed at analysing the conditions of admissibility of the exceptions of unconstitutionality.
In the opening of the seminar Judge Varga Attila conveyed the greetings of President Valer Dorneanu and highlighted the existence of the traditional and permanent relationship between the two courts
