At the hearing of 15 September 2021, the Constitutional Court, in the context of the review of laws after promulgation, unanimously, upheld objection formulated by the President of Romania and found unconstitutional the provisions of Article I of the Law amending Article 369 of Law No 286/2009 on the Criminal Code.
