At the hearing of 2 November 2021, the Constitutional Court, in the context of the review of laws subsequent to the promulgation, unanimously upheld the exception of unconstitutionality and found unconstitutional the provisions of Article 142 (2) of Law No 62/2011, in the interpretation provided by Decision No 17 of 13 June 2016, given by the High Court of Cassation and Justice – The panel competent to resolve law issue.
