On 29 November 2024, given that the Central Electoral Bureau is to submit the results of the re-check and recount of the ballot papers including the validly cast and invalid votes in the elections for the office of President of Romania on 24 November 2024, the Plenum of the Constitutional Court decided to postpone the following cases to 2 December 2024, at 5.00 p.m.:
– Request for annulment of the first round of the elections for the office of President of Romania, held on 24 November 2024, formulated by Cristian Vasile Terheș (File No 3671F/2024);
– Confirmation/validation of the result of the first round of the elections for the office of President of Romania, held on 24 November 2024 (File No 3670F/2024).
