At the hearing of 7 July 2021, the Constitutional Court, within the review of the Parliament’s decisions, unanimously dismissed, as inadmissible, the referral of unconstitutionality formulated by the Parliamentary Group of the Union „Salvați România” referring to the Senate’s Decision No 56/2021 on the appointment of the new president of the Council for the Monitoring of the Implementation of the CRPD.
